Project Introduction
- Overall objective:
Better trained skilled workers in the construction sector contribute to building the Green Economy and strengthening the Sri Lankan economy.
- Project objective:
The project partners can improve the quality of further training of vocational schoolteachers and in-company trainers as well as the image of vocational training in selected crafts in the construction sector, especially in the green economy, as a result of which it is increasingly in demand.

Indicators for the project objective
Vision 80 % of the participating members of the CCI rate the training in the vocational training centres and the in-company training in terms of labour market orientation as improved by 2025.
Mission For selected training providers, the number of apprentices in the construction sector increases by 10% by 2025.
